Good morning and welcome. Coffee is on, lemon meringue pie is left, so come in and lets talk decorating. Today is day 4 and the letter D. There were several topics on my mind, all three of my children's names begin with D, but I thought why did I begin blogging anyway? Decorating. We all love to decorate our homes. That is apparent by all the blogs and FB pages dedicated to decorating. Our homes are where we can relax and just be. So I will share some decorating in my humble little home.
Simplicity.
Door box on front door.
Simple.All of it. Nothing fancy. But it is home and I am happy and contented with in these walls.
Can't end this without naming some of my favorite D's. Doug, Deb, Dodd, Douglas, Dustin, Dottie, Dan,Darbee, and dogs. Dasko has been gone almost 6 months and I still miss him.
I am so glad you came Through My Back Door, where life is good and talked a little decorating.

Betty, I just love the warmth and peaceful feeling that shine through out your home. We sold our house (finally) so once I get settled I'm coming to visit for coffee and cookies or pie.

You are one of the best at the "d" word... decorating.. I have always loved your home.. I remember when I first visited with you I said, "your home should be in the "Country Sampler" magazine" You said it had...lol..
