Merriment, Day 23

One of the things that make me Merry is sitting in the living room in the morning, drinking my coffee with all the Christmas lights on. It is so serene, so peaceful, and I am so contented. I love just "being".
It won't be long until it will be put away for another year. So I am just going to enjoy.

    I always love a chance to see your beautiful home. I'm pushing on through to get everything done by tomorrow afternoon.     Oh I hear you. There isn't very much quiet time in my household, but I so do enjoy my moments in the evening when all the kids are in bed and the Christmas lights are on...I can just sit in peace and breathe...

    Goof evening Betty! I love sitting in my livingroom at night with just my tree and garland lights on. I love just being also! I love it so much I leave them up way too long! tee hee hee!

    BEtty, I too so love doing that in the evenings...sadly I haven't really been able to do that yet... Tomorrow, glass of wine and I will!
    You are right I am named after my Grandmother, she pasted away right before I was born of cancer at 46... sigh... I have always been told what a great lady she was... hugs. OLM
