Merrirment, Day 4

This is day 4 of Merriment with Robyn and Misi. I have never joined in on anything like this before and must admit I am having fun.I love visiting the blogs of those taking part and joining in their Christmas Merriment, now and past. I almost forgot, would you prefer coffee or hot chocolate this morning? I am having coffee, just plain old DD, but it sure is good on a cold morning. I hope you are enjoying reading all the posts on Merriment.
Christmas makes you think of friends, cookie making, baking, as well as all the other things. Cookies made, ready to swap. Hot mulled cider to drink, carols playing softly. Ahhh, the wonderful days before Christmas.


I am so happy you came Through My Back Door where life is good.

    A very merry spread!...from the yummy cookies to those beautiful dishes!..and is that cheese in the shape of a snowflake i see?

    Ohhh....Miss Betty....You are SOOOO far ahead of me!! I'm thinking I might not even get to baking this year. Boo hoo!! (Truth be told, one of the reasons I jumped on the chain is I figured, perhaps, it would force me to sneak in some holiday prep....it's been a frightful year!)     Thanks for the hot chocolate...not a coffee drinker so you can have more from me! LOL This has been a fun chain hasn't it? Love the goodies on your table. Being just me I don't do any baking but sure like looking at them!

    I'll take three dozen, assorted please!! Haven't started baking yet--but I DO try to get it done before the boys are here...if I don't they eat all the cookie dough before it is baked! Lovely spread! --Jan
