Good morning everyone, even though its raining it is a good morning. Welcome Through My Back Door and yes the coffee is on. We are back on Dunkin Doughnut hazelnut today. Some days you just just need that extra little flavor. This is just a short post because later this week I have a treat in store for you. We are going on that promised field trip to two prim homes. I want to give you a hint. You have been to them before. Christmas and Fall for one, and on a Country Sampler photo shoot for the other.
They have really decorated beautifully for Easter and I am going to show it all to you.
Meanwhile I just wanted to tell you how much better I feel after my declutter. Don't you love it when you do something and it makes you feel good inside? Now I have me decluttered I am working on the rooms through my back door. I have such a small house and such a HUGE love of all things prim it has created an antique store look. Don't you just love it when you realize what you need to do?lol
This is how I feel lately. It says, I am in the snapdragon part of my life. Part of me has snapped and the other part is draggin'! This is the most UN prim thing I have in my house, but it keeps things in perspective.lol Don't you just love it when things make you laugh?
The porch at Through My Back Door is going to get a new paint job tomorrow. For the first time ever it won't be red. It will be grey. Don't you just love it when you make a decision to change something and it makes you happy. It is supposed to be pretty for a couple of days, so I am painting it myself. Outside is the only place Deb will let me near a paint brush. That is a story for another blog one day! If she thinks that makes me mad, she is so wrong. She does all my painting. sshhhh, don't tell her, I don't care whether she lets me touch a paint brush or not. Don't you just love it when you THINK you have outsmarted your daughter?
This is on my table for Easter. I will show you just a couple more.
Well this is it for my Easter decor.I hope you have enjoyed your visit, the coffee and the anticipation of seeing the two prim homes.
Don't you just love it when you have spent the morning drinking coffee with your friends? I do. Thank you for coming Through My Back Door where life is good.
